EPISODE 8: TRAIN YOUR BUTT OFF…

Real Time: Monday, 21st January 2019.

Before a visit to my Nephew: Today (Monday, 21st January) I managed to grab myself a January special offer, my 1st instalment will go off in March and so I’m officially starting training at the gym tomorrow. I’m super duper excited  .. I’m proud of myself for pulling through, training at home in my lounge for the past 2 weeks has been fun, which I’ll continue doing if I can’t make it to the gym for whatever reason.

You know when you’re new in school and all the boys’ attention is on you, that “my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard” vibe, going to a new school in the middle of high school like Grade 10… you get me yeah? So fine I just went to inquire today (which I eventually joined) and was already approached by a guy, tuning me how he saw me walking in, noticed me and if he can bring me food some time or if I can go get food at his crib  .. I am not sure if I look like I’m dying of starvation or what. Of course, I know what he meant, I’m just saying that male species will never stop trying, oh Lawd.

Anyway, the last time I set foot in the gym was a long time ago I can’t even remember. I’m going to train like a maniac (which I already have been), I’m going to live at the gym, they’ll even ask me to move in there.

When you aspire to motive people about a certain thing, it’s my belief that you need to look a certain way, you need to look the part. Take yourself seriously if you want people to take you seriously. Take care of your craft, love, nurture and preserve it.
