We think we know but we actually and absolutely know nothing. What you know is enough for today and can only sustain you for today, yes and maybe tomorrow too but it will soon get old.
Again, life is so paradoxical, what you think is right for you today, might seem wrong for you tomorrow, what you thought was growing you, might seem like it has been pulling you back, what you think is superior, might seem not so superior anymore, what you think love is, might just realize that nah, actually this is not it.
Something can happen (and it always does) that can make you change your entire thinking and perception, and what you thought you knew. From this, you can either choose to have your entire life be shattered or you can choose to understand that life is such a beauty of paradox madness, but things will find a common place where they will sync, though they will never make 100% sense because life is infinite.
Over and above, the secret is discovering that special distinctive quality, that thin line between what we think we know, what we think is right and/or wrong, what we think intelligence and stupidity is. Life is a huge contradictory of what you believe and think and what the next person believes and thinks, once we can acknowledge this distinctive thin line, I believe that is when you’ll fully dive in peace and experience freedom, sustainability will also be intact, it will expand and grow.
Once you allow and give yourself the opportunity to comprehend that distinctive quality between things that seem to contradict each other but work well together, that’s when maybe we will stop making life so hard for ourselves or/and complicating life so much.
Life is not complicated, we complicate life with so many things that we believe and rules made by others, with so many things we have infiltrated in our heads, with so many things that we would like life to present to us, with believing that morals can save us or not, with status quo, with a whole bullshit of things. At the end of it all, all of these things don’t matter, they really don’t and nobody really cares.
I had to gradually learn that, whatever is stressing you today, will not matter next year this exact time.
